Preferred term of sale	:	Free On Board (F.O.B.)
Port of loading	:	Tj. Emas Semarang, INDONESIA.
Packing	:	Corrugated wrapping paper (Single face paper) Other packing type available with additional costs.
Production Time	:	Approximately 45 to 60 working days
Order Volume	:	Minimum of 20ft Container of mixed items.
PAYMENT TERMS
1. Payment by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
FULL PAYMENT PRIOR TO SHIPMENT EFFECTED DEPOSIT Min. 50% for starting production (Order Confirmation) and the balance payment should be done once after the shipment effected (upon Faxing / Emailing Complete copy Shipping Documents)
2. Payment by Letter of Credit (L/C)
Form of Document Credit	:	IRREVOCABLE
Draft	:	AT SIGHT
Date and Place Expiry	:	90 days from opening of L/C at Country of Beneficiary
Late Date of Shipment	:	60 Days From Opening of L/C
Available With... By	:	ANY BANK BY NEGOTIATION
Transhipment	:	ALLOWED
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED	:	- COMMERCIAL INVOICE - PACKING LIST - BILL OF LADING - CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (COO) - CERTIFICATE OF FUMIGATION
Period for Presentation	:	WITHIN 21 DAYS AFTER DATE OF SHIPMENT

To avoid costly of L/C amendment and other bank charges, draft of the Transfer form or L/C should be faxed before the transfer or opening of the L/C to be done
